Why people look for an LLM Pulse alternative

You didn't type "llm pulse alternative" for fun. One of these is probably you.

€99 gets me two projects. I manage six client brands.

That is the LLM Pulse ladder: 1 project on Starter (€49), 2 on Growth (€99), 5 on Scale (€299), 10 on Scale+ (€599). If each client brand takes a project of its own, six clients point at the €599 tier. Promptrack has no ladder: €99, unlimited brands, one workspace.

Claude and Copilot cost extra, and I can't see the add-on price before signing up.

LLM Pulse includes 5 models everywhere and sells Claude, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek and Alexa for Shopping as add-ons priced per model and per tier; the pricing page does not publish those amounts. Promptrack's €99 covers all 6 of its engines, Claude and Copilot among them, with nothing to configure or price out.

My deliverable is the client report, and their white-label points me to a demo.

On the pages we reviewed, LLM Pulse lists white-label on its agency side, and its Agency & Enterprise section pairs white-label options with a demo booking; the self-serve cards do not mention it. Custom reports themselves start at Scale (€299). Promptrack treats the branded client report as the default output of every weekly run, included at €99 and configured in minutes.

LLM Pulse: what you get, what it costs

The quick, sourced version. LLM Pulse is a serious tool; the question is whether its pricing model fits an agency.

What LLM Pulse does well

  • 5 AI models on every plan including Gemini, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews
  • Daily tracking available as its own plan option on every tier

Where it pinches

  • Projects are metered on every tier: 1 on Starter (€49), 2 on Growth (€99), 5 on Scale (€299), 10 on Scale+ (€599)
  • Claude and Copilot are paid add-ons on every tier, priced per model and per tier; the add-on prices are not published on the pricing page we reviewed
  • API, Data Studio connector and CLI are reserved for Scale (€299) and above; custom reports sit in the same tier
  • Sentiment analysis and AI traffic analytics are excluded from the €49 Starter plan
  • Competitors are capped per project: 10 on Starter, 15 on Growth, 20 on Scale, 25 on Scale++

What you get for €99

One pool of prompts, however many clients arrive

Promptrack keeps a single workspace-wide quota: 200 prompts a week, split across your client brands with tags, each answering with rank, sentiment and the cited sentence on all 6 engines. Signing a new client changes your prompt allocation, never your invoice or your plan tier.

Promptrack prompt quota shared across unlimited client brands

Rivals surface themselves, no per-project allowance

LLM Pulse counts competitors per project: 10 on Starter, 15 on Growth, 20 on Scale. Promptrack reads the answers and ranks whichever brands the engines actually named, with share of voice, per-engine sentiment and the quote behind every mention. The market defines the list, not a plan limit.

Agency branding you set up yourself

At LLM Pulse, white-label lives on the agency and enterprise side, next to a demo booking. In Promptrack it is a settings form: logo, color, client emails, done. Every weekly run then mails each client a PDF under your name with the deltas and the shipped work inside.

Common questions

Is Promptrack cheaper than LLM Pulse?

At the door, no: Starter is €49 against our €99, and it holds one project with 50 prompts. At the same €99, the comparison is direct: LLM Pulse Growth buys 2 projects, 150 prompts, 5 models and no API; Promptrack buys unlimited brands, 200 prompts, all 6 engines including Claude and Copilot, API + MCP, an action plan and white-label reports (verified August 2026). If each client brand takes its own project, the third one moves you to Scale at €299.

What does LLM Pulse have that Promptrack does not?

Gemini tracking in every plan, daily refresh as a plan option, unlimited team members where Promptrack is one login per workspace, a GEO writer, Excel exports, and an add-on catalog reaching Grok, DeepSeek and Alexa for Shopping. Its integrations pages also list Zapier, Power BI and a ChatGPT app. If those items carry your workflow, it is the better fit.

When should I stay with LLM Pulse?

Honest answer: if one or two projects cover your needs, Starter at €49 or Growth at €99 undercuts us while covering 5 models. If Gemini coverage, daily granularity or team seats are non-negotiable, LLM Pulse has them today and Promptrack does not. Our case starts when the client list outgrows the project meter, and with the report your agency signs.

Can I try Promptrack while keeping LLM Pulse?

Yes, and the cadences line up: both track weekly by default. Bring your prompts over (up to 50 at a time), let one full cycle land, and compare what reaches the client: numbers in a dashboard, or a branded PDF already in their inbox with the week's action list behind it. The trial is 7 days, card required, nothing charged before day 7.
